6:00 AMBed TeaWeak Tea or Green Tea
9:00 AMBreakfast2 dairy portions (1 Glass of skimmed milk + 1 carbo hydrate)
(Oats or multi grain toast) Proteins ( 2 Boiled egg without yellow portion)
Other ChoiceOats + Milk (Skimmed) + Baked Paneer or Basen Cheela or Boiled Sprouts
Poha with lots of vegetables or upma with lots of vegetables
11:00 AMSnacksButter Milk + 1 Fruit or Salad Bowel or weak tea with 2 marigold biscuit
1-2:00 PMLunch 1-2 Veg/Non veg portion, Chicken/Fish/Pulses + 1 Portion Green vegetables +
 1 Small Chappati no rice curd can substitute vegetable sometimes
4:00 PMSnacks1 Cup High Protein Shakes + 1 Fruit or Salad Bowel

  • IF YOU FEEL VERY HUNGRY IN BETWEEN MEALS EAT A FRUIT OR SALAD BOWEL
  • 40 MINUTES EXERCISE IN THE FORM OF WALKING / JOGGING/ CYCLING/SWIMMING/PLYING 5 TIMES IN A WEEK RECOMMENDED .
